Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or offer refunds if the product is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account. Lushfan reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not comply with our return policy.
